1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply exclusively to all contracts concluded with Hermann Lind II e.K. (hereinafter referred to as Hermann Lind II) via the web store. The webshop is intended only for entrepreneurs and may not be used by consumers.

The contract of sale is concluded with Hermann Lind II e.K., owner: Dr. Thomas Lind, Diedesbach 2, 55743 Idar-Oberstein, Commercial Register: Bad Kreuznach Local Court, HRA 10807.

3. conclusion of contract

  • The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
  • By clicking the button [Buy/order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is not already concluded with the automatic order confirmation, but with the delivery of the ordered goods.


4. right of withdrawal

5. prices and shipping costs
The prices listed on the product pages are net prices, valid for sales to commercial customers. If additional shipping costs are incurred, this can be found in the product description and will be communicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

6. delivery

We are entitled to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. The goods travel to the customer at our risk. This shall also apply in the case of dispatch of the goods to a recipient specified by the customer as well as in the case of carriage paid deliveries. Insofar as the customer bears the risk in the case of returned goods, he must ensure that he has adequate insurance.

  • If the payment method prepayment is selected, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
